Getting Started with Outsourcing

Getting started with MindLabs Systems outsourcing solutions couldn't be any simpler! After a one on one consultation, we will identify your ultimate goals and consequently adopt a solid plan to effectively achieve them. The process works in two main chunks.

Pre Sales

Throughout this period we listen your needs and consequently learn your expectations. Through the careful and comprehensive deployment of this information, we consequently initiate a project gathering and study period in which the details are later placed into an initial plan. At this stage we submit to you a proposal in which you will evaluate. If to your liking, a deposit is requested before work typically begins.

Technical

After a careful analysis of the initial plan, the team working on your project is comprehensively briefed. Questions are answered, and clarifications are made so that each team member knows exactly what is expected of them. Work is then begun. We present between two to three drafts (depending on the size of the project) for analysis, subsequently taking your feedback onboard before proceeding any further. This allows us to ensure that our efforts are in line with your expectations all the way through.
Once the task is completed, you will be asking for the remaining outstanding balance before the files are sent or uploaded on our FTP serve. Each individual product has its own timeline and it is advisable you contact us to request further information.
